As a result, our clients benefit from a central contact person during the whole construction process and also during the warranty period.

Offering our clients high quality services requires to exactly determine their expectations in close collaboration, select the right suppliers and material as well as continuously monitor the execution of the works.

In order to offer a high quality workforce, we regularly invest in the training and formation of our professionals at all levels. As such, the employees participated in more than 7000 hours of training in 2007.

With the same objective, we only work with suppliers with whom we have already long-lasting relationships and who, in majority, are local suppliers. This allows, amongst others, being able to easily coordinate different jobs during the biennal and decennal warranty period.

Responsiveness and flexibility:

Our structure is set up in order to be responsive to our clients expectations. Thus, as far as practicable, changes throughout the contsruction are possible after a joint review with the client and the person in charge.

Support and follow-up:

Our technical staff is your single contact person for the majority of the works. They manage the subcontractors and are at your disposal in order to guarantee continuous tracking of the planning and of the development of the construction works. 

We offer our clients a wide range of services, like for instance an interior designer or help in the preparation and tracking of the 3% VAT approval.

More specifically, for our real estate projects, we define, together with you, from the very beginning, your individual needs and transform them in a functional interior design concept.
